Mohit Chaudhary is an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India and the Founding and Managing Partner of Kings & Alliance LLP.
With over twenty years of experience he is recognized for his expertise in domestic and international arbitration, corporate law, insolvency, and banking matters and many more. He plays a pivotal role in advising and representing clients across various sectors in India and internationally.
In addition to his leadership at Kings & Alliance, Advocate Chaudhary serves as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Jammu & Kashmir at the Supreme Court of India. In this capacity, he addresses significant constitutional and corporate legal matters, contributing to the state’s representation at the highest levels of the judiciary.
His experience as Panel Counsel for the Union of India provided him with a strong foundation in regulatory and constitutional law. Throughout his career, Advocate Chaudhary has been involved in several landmark cases, including T.N. Godavarman (Forest Preservation), M.C. Mehta (Illegal Mining), Mardia Chemicals (Securitisation Act challenge), and Brij Lal vs. CIT, as well as corporate governance issues exemplified by the Hillcrest Case.
