  • Represent clients in litigation and compliance submissions.
  • Counsel on labor and employment issues.
  • Draft and prepare employment policy documents, employment contracts and structure voluntary retirement schemes for employees; in some cases review such documents for compliance with legal requirements.
  • Perform due diligence reviews in corporate transactions and advise corporate clients on issues including outstanding collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts.
  • Obtain necessary permissions/licences etc. from the authorities.
