- Represent clients in debt recovery proceedings before Debt Recovery Tribunal(s), DRAT etc..
- Advise clients on securitisation of receivables, assets for equipment supply or working capital requirements or project finance.
- Undertaking complex banking transactions involving fixation of future interest rates on rupee and foreign currency loans and bill discounting or vendor financing.
- Advising clients on financing through debentures and bonds and drafting of agreements.
- Advising client as to title verifications and due diligence for debt financings.
